Growing up, Tessa has always had a love for art and business. She quickly realized selling homes would be the perfect culmination of the two, so she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate, and hasn't looked back since! Her attention to detail, sense of time urgency, communication, and bullish negotiation skills have proven beneficial to her clients who she deeply cares for. Her motto has always been "long-term relationships over a quick sale."

Tessa is an experienced agent who specializes in first-time homebuyers as well as out-of-state relocations. As a transplant herself, Tessa loves assisting families who are relocating to our awesome area.  She has a wealth of knowledge regarding Wilmington's surrounding areas, allowing her to help guide you to your ideal location. 

In her free time, you can often find Tessa soaking up the sun on Topsail Beach, shopping at local farmer's markets, or walking her Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix.  Tessa loves anything that involves being outdoors and/or on the water, especially deep-sea fishing. Tessa is also a huge sports fan who now finds herself cheering on the Carolina Panthers despite being a lifelong New Orleans Saints fan.
