Farra Goss is a North Carolina native, originally from Fuquay-Varina, who has always felt a deep connection to the Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach area. After spending countless summers on the coast, she made Wilmington home while attending UNCW, where she earned her degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Although her early studies led her into the hospitality industry, Farra quickly found her true passion in real estate and construction. Her real estate career began in the lowcountry of South Carolina, before bringing her back to Wilmington to work with Unlimited Property Solutions. While working in property management, she earned a master’s degree in Construction Management from LSU and became a licensed general contractor.

Today, Farra holds real estate licenses in both North and South Carolina and brings a unique blend of industry knowledge to her clients—including real estate sales, investment property insight, and a sharp construction eye. She is passionate about helping others find not just a house, but the right home or investment opportunity.

Farra lives in Wilmington with her husband and their three furbabies, who love the beach just as much, if not more than she does. Wilmington has always been her happy place, and she takes pride in helping others call this special coastal community home.
